Umbilical tube is to facilitate the connection, transit, and control of the entire underwater facility from the offshore platform. It use super duplex stainless steel 2507, with single 6,000 meters as seamless tubes without girth welding, effectively solve conventional seamless tube potential welding internal burrs and groove corrosion, avoid welding defects like partial welding and lack of weld. The product meet excellent performance in high pressure and corrosion resistance, meeting the demanding operating environments of high temperature and pressure, as well as high concentrations of H2S/CO2.
1. Super Deplex 2507 Seamless Tube design (lP 71202220093537.7) effectively solve conventional seamless tube potential welding internal burrs and groove corrosion, avoid welding defects like partial welding and lack of weld;
2. Shinda patent Heat Treatment Process efficiently control duplex steel detrimental intermetallic phase , dramatically increase local corrosion resistance, withstand the harshest environments like HT/HP and High H2S/CO2;
3. We develop patent (IP71202220093537.7) production line for Ultra Length Umbilical tube for 6000 meter without girth welding;
1. Customized project-specific PITPs (Production, Inspection & Testing Plan) meeting Customer/client requirements and complying with API17E / ISO 13628-5;
2. Eddy current and ultrasonic testing for full body continuous flaw and wall thickness verification;
3. Qualification, in-process?and final testing as well as?in-process and FAT hydro-testing capability up to 30KSI (207 MPa) at in-house metallurgical laboratory;
4. Complete genealogical documentation, material test reports and data books per order and reel;
